Pilot Company is seeking a Facility Services team member in Danville, VA to maintain cleanliness across the travel center, including showers, restrooms, towels, and common areas. You’ll support repairs, handle trash, and deliver excellent guest service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and a flexible schedule that covers nights, days, weekends, and holidays. Pay starts between $13.80 and $20.13 per hour with weekly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk most of the day.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays.
• Strong teamwork and self-motivated attitude.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall cleanliness of the store.
• Clean showers and restrooms.
• Wash, load and unload towels for showers.
• Perform general repair/maintenance.
• Manage trash around travel center.
• Provide excellent guest service with well-maintained facilities.
