Job summary

Pilot Company is hiring for a store cleanliness role at our travel center in Virginia. You will maintain clean facilities, including showers and restrooms, and support guest needs with a friendly, efficient service approach.

Responsibilities include sweeping, cleaning, towels handling, repairs, and waste removal, ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for guests and team members alike.

Qualifications

• Motivated self-starters capable of teamwork.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk all day.
• Flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in a similar position preferred.
• Knowledge of industrial equipment and ability to fix small problems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall cleanliness of the store.
• Clean showers and restrooms.
• Wash, load, and unload towels for showers.
• Perform general repair/maintenance of the store.
• Take out trash around the travel center.
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities.
