Pilot Company is hiring at our travel centers in Georgia, offering a base pay rate between $12.50 and $18.23 per hour. The role focuses on store cleanliness, guest service, and maintaining showers/restrooms, with opportunities to grow into other roles within the travel centers and restaurants.

We value teamwork, reliability, and the ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends. Weekly pay and various benefits are included for eligible team members.

Qualifications

• Highly motivated self-starters.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and walk/stand most of the day.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining overall cleanliness of the store.
• Cleaning showers and restroom facilities.
• Washing, loading, and unloading towels for showers.
• Performing general repair/ maintenance of the store.
• Picking up and taking all trash around travel center.
• Provide excellent guest service through well‑maintained facilities.
