Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking a dedicated facility maintenance team member to uphold the cleanliness and safety of our travel centers. You will perform routine maintenance, basic repairs, and ensure all areas including showers, restrooms, and fuel islands meet high standards.

Propane tasks, waste removal, and landscape of the property are included. You will work on site, follow safety guidelines, and support guests and team members while adhering to company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in general maintenance and upkeep of commercial facilities.
• Ability to perform basic repairs and operate tools safely.
• Familiarity with safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Keep showers and restrooms clean and well maintained.
• Maintain cleanliness of fuel islands and related equipment.
• Fill propane tanks and manage propane-related tasks.
• Empty trash and keep the property tidy in the parking lot.
• Sweep and mop floors and clean glass across the travel center.
• Perform basic repairs for equipment, dispensers, plumbing, electrical, tile work and painting.
• Decide whether minor repairs are needed or call a service vendor.
• Model safety and customer-first behavior for guests and team members.
• Ensure activities comply with rules, regulations, and procedures.
• Take on additional duties as assigned.
• Pay rates start between $17.95 and $26.68 per hour.
