Job summary

This Facility Protection Officer role is based out of Dallas Fort-Worth, TX. The position emphasizes honesty and integrity while performing security duties and engaging with visitors and tenants.

Your classic tasks include enforcing rules, operating CCTV and screening visitors, and responding to emergencies. This on-site role requires a background check, drug screening, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Two years of Armed Security/LE experience or two years of honorable US Armed Forces service.
• Must be 18+ and fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Follow established procedures and post orders; enforce client rules.
• Attention to detail; clear verbal and written communications.
• Provide quality customer service.
• Ability to analyze and report actions and escalate to management.
• Must be able to perceive alarms (see, hear, smell) and respond appropriately.
• Reliable transportation and a current driver’s license.
• Education: HS diploma, GED or equivalent education.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• May need to pass a physical agility test and required training.

Responsibilities

• Protect property by preventing unauthorized access and directing visitors.
• Process visitors by verifying identification and screening.
• Operate security equipment such as CCTV, X-ray, batons, OC spray, handcuffs.
• Maintain visitor logs and report incidents accurately.
• Respond to alarms and manage emergency situations.
• Follow safety rules and company policies at all times.
