Responsibilities

We have an exciting opportunity at the Department of State! The Facility Security & Operations Coordinator works to ensure we manage contractor facility and personnel to securely support the customer's mission to provide IT services to DoS users enterprise wide.

Responsibilities:

• The facility serves as the receiving, inventory, storage, and preparation facility for all customer support activities from 7:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, with the Government reserving the right to task with extended service hours (up to 24 hours a day, seven days a week (24/7)) in the case of an emergency, special project, increased workload, or other event.
• You will be responsible for facility operations and ensure established security measures are adequate and enforced.
• You will be responsible for scheduling any planned or unplanned maintenance with the on-site staff.
• You will also be responsible for overseeing health, safety, and inventory control of support consumables.

• Secret Security Clearance

This position requires the ability to perform the below essential functions:
