Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 3–5 years facility/personnel security experience or equivalent.
• Active TOP SECRET clearance required.
• Knowledge of NISPOM, DCSA policies, and security processes.

Responsibilities

• Administer the facility's security program per NISPOM, DoD directives, and federal regs.
• Process personnel security clearance requests, reinvestigations, and in/out-processing using DISS/NBIS.
• Manage the facility profile in NISS, including DD254 management and security reviews.
• Conduct new-hire security indoctrinations and annual training; maintain security records.
• Coordinate with FCL sponsor, DCSA, and leadership on security matters.
• Support Insider Threat Program requirements and reporting.
• Maintain records in DISS/NBIS and other government databases; track clearance status.
• Coordinate with IT and facilities to safeguard classified information systems.
• Liaise with employees, government customers, DCSA reps, and leadership on security issues.
• Assist in preparing SOPs, security plans, and required documentation.
• Support special security programs (SCI, SAP) with CPSO/SSO coordination.
