Bridge Defense seeks a Facility Security Officer (FSO) to join a mission‑focused team supporting the security posture of a cleared facility operating under the National Industrial Security Program (NISPOM). The FSO will serve as the primary point of contact for all facility security matters, ensuring compliance with government security requirements while supporting personnel, physical, and information security programs. This is an excellent opportunity for a security professional early in their career to grow into progressively greater responsibility within a fast‑moving defense technology company.
The FSO will manage day‑to‑day security operations for the facility, including personnel security processing, visitor control, security education and awareness training, and self‑inspections, while working closely with the Facility Clearance (FCL) sponsor, Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA), and company leadership.
$75,000 – $90,000 annually. Actual compensation will be based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, education, certifications, security clearance, geographic location, and other business considerations. Eligible employees may also receive performance‑based bonuses and benefits.
