Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English proficiently.
• Active Top Secret clearance (required).
• Facility Security Officer qualification and experience administering a DoD industrial security program under the NISPOM.

Responsibilities

• Administer the contractor security program in accordance with the NISPOM (DoD 5220.22-M) and the DD Form 254.
• Process visit authorization requests and manage clearances, badging, and in- and out-processing of personnel.
• Collect and return Government identification, CACs, and keys upon employee departure and coordinate security debriefings.
• Track and report security training completion in the ATEC Training Tracker Module and coordinate with the Government Industrial Security Officer.
• Report adverse information, security violations, and any loss or compromise of classified information.
