Job summary

Parsons is seeking an experienced Facility Security Officer (FSO)/Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO) Manager to oversee security compliance and operations for programs supporting national security. You will lead security activities across multiple programs, ensuring adherence to 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM) and ICDs, and coordinate with stakeholders to maintain compliant security measures.

An active Top Secret SCI clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Experience managing security programs in compliance with 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM) and ICDs.
• Completion of the FSO management course is mandatory.
• Experience with DCSA inspections and maintaining a compliant security program.
• Strong understanding of personnel security processes including clearance processing, onboarding, reinvestigations.
• Familiarity with SCI PERSEC security protocols and procedures.
• Knowledge of NSA COMSEC courses and requirements.
• TS/SCI eligibility is required for this position.

What Required Skills You’ll Bring:

• ActiveTop Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in managing security programs in compliance with 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM) and Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs).
• Completion of theFSO Management Course(mandatory).
• Experience with DCSA inspections and maintaining a compliant security program.
• Strong understanding of personnel security processes, including clearance processing, onboarding, and reinvestigations.
• Proven ability to conduct self-inspections and prepare for government audits.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with SCI PERSEC security protocols and processes.
• Ability to safeguard classified information and ensure compliance with secure handling, storage, and transmission procedures.

Salary Range: $112,200.00 - $196,400.00
