Job summary

CACI is seeking an Industrial Facility Security Officer to head our High Point, NC facility. You will oversee Physical Security and Personnel Security personnel and provide security guidance to business leaders supported by this facility.

You will ensure compliance with government regulations, manage clearance pipelines, and support security training and awareness activities across the site.

Qualifications

• Currently Facility Security Officer (FSO) certified.
• Typically has a BA/BS degree or equivalent experience with minimum 3 years related work experience.
• Ability to provide clear and concise communication verbally and written.
• Active Secret Security Clearance.
• Familiarity with security information systems (Fresh Haystack/SIMS/Access Commander) or similar.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with government regulations for protection of classified information.
• Oversee personnel clearance processes, facility clearances, and reporting for government industrial security requirements.
• Track and maintain clearance pipelines and related records.
• Maintain internal databases, logs, and security paperwork.
• Coordinate with customers and government representatives on security actions.
• Prepare reports and manage access and security program visits.
