Job summary

CACI International seeks an Industrial Facility Security Officer to lead security at the High Point, NC facility. You will oversee Physical and Personnel Security programs and advise leadership on regulatory compliance.

You will manage clearance pipelines, maintain security logs, coordinate briefings, and respond to government assessments while ensuring secure handling of classified information. A Top Secret clearance is preferred; a BA/BS and at least 3 years in security are expected.

Qualifications

• Currently Facility Security Officer (FSO) certified.
• Typically has a BA/BS degree or equivalent experience and minimum 3 years related work experience.
• Possess the ability to provide clear and concise communication verbally and written.
• Active Secret Security Clearance
• Working with NISPOM 32 CFR 117 and related DoD security systems and manuals.
• Familiarity with security information systems (Fresh Haystack/SIMS/Access Commander) or similar.

Responsibilities

• Ensure corporate compliance with government regulations for protection of classified information.
• Oversee clearance pipelines and maintain related records.
• Maintain and update internal security databases and logs.
• Conduct collateral security briefings and debriefings.
• Assist employees with security paperwork and access requests.
• Coordinate with customers and government representatives on security issues.
• Create/send program visit requests and manage badge access.
• Respond to facility intrusion alarms and security incidents.
• Support annual reviews and other government assessments.
• Must be able to obtain Top Secret clearance.
• Maintain high organization and attention to detail.
