Job summary

Air Force Civilian Service (AFCS) seeks a full-time Facility and Project Manager at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland in San Antonio, TX. The role focuses on operations and maintenance of facilities for the Cryptologic & Cyber Systems Division (CCSD), a Geographically Separated Unit.

Qualified candidates must have an ABET-accredited degree and be eligible for a Top Secret clearance. The position includes potential probation/trial periods and may offer relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required.
• Top Secret security clearance with SCI access.
• ABET-accredited bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, industrial arts, property management, or business administration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Project Manager and Facility Operations Specialist for the Cryptologic & Cyber Systems Division (CCSD).
• Oversee operations and maintenance of buildings, grounds, and other sites at JBSA Lackland.
• Plan maintenance activities and develop preventive maintenance programs.
