Job summary

ANALYGENCE is seeking an experienced Program Manager in San Antonio, TX, to oversee Air Force cyber operational testing and range efforts. The PM will manage a team providing engineering and technical support for critical missions.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree, have at least 10 years of experience (5 years in management), and hold necessary certifications including TS/SCI clearance. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite is crucial, alongside excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must have current TS/SCI clearance.
• 10 years of experience with at least 5 years in project management.
• IAT Level III certification required.
• IAM Level III certification required.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize all services provided to the government under this contract.
• Lead program management, project control, and contract administration activities.
• Engage with the client to ensure team meets requirements.
• Manage staffing levels effectively.
• Provide strategic guidance to multiple functional teams.
• Prepare and present status reports and project schedules.
• Identify program risks and recommend action strategies.
