In this role you will manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and contractor performance while ensuring compliance with building codes and safety standards.

• Experience leading planning, design and execution of capital projects.
• Strong coordination and communication with internal/external teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, engineering, and construction of capital improvement and facility infrastructure projects.
• Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, procurement activities, and contractor performance.
• Coordinate internal and external design resources to develop cost-effective engineering solutions.
• Oversee construction activities to ensure quality workmanship, safety compliance, and adherence to specifications.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and drive continuous improvement.
