Job summary

Tier1usa in Las Vegas, NV seeks an attentive cleaner to maintain sanitation and organization within the facility. The role includes cleaning assigned areas, organizing dishes and equipment, and disposing of waste according to requirements.

Applicants should be able to report issues promptly, follow safety guidelines, and work a flexible schedule including mornings and evenings. Physical tasks include lifting, bending, and standing for long periods in varied temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned areas inside and outside the facility, including mopping, sweeping, dusting, polishing, scouring, taking out trash, and other cleaning functions as assigned.
• Clean, organize, and put away dishes, utensils, and equipment in a timely manner.
• Properly dispose of items—food, trash—according to requirements.
• Report any problems, inconsistencies, damage, and breakdowns.
• Keep track of porter supply inventories and report items when low.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, FDA, HACCP, and all other regulations.
• Meet lifting requirements: 60+ pounds occasionally, 20+ pounds frequently, 10+ pounds consistently.
• Perform bending, stooping, and standing for 8‑12 hours a day.
• Work efficiently under pressure and follow safe working practices and company guidelines.
• Work around or with chemicals and strong smells.
• Be team‑oriented and maintain a flexible working schedule, including both morning and evening shifts.
• Maintain good work habits, pay attention to details and surroundings, and demonstrate strong work ethics.
• Work in extreme temperatures, including below 41°F, as required.
