Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in the plumbing trade.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license.
• Journeyman Plumber license or equivalent in good standing.
• License in related trade in city/state of work.
• Ability to read blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Familiarity with OSHA and EPA regulations to ensure compliance.
• Strong organizational skills to manage work orders and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs on plumbing systems and equipment.
• Inspect, diagnose, and document facility conditions, identifying repair and replacement needs.
• Utilize hand and power tools to dismantle, repair, and reassemble plumbing fixtures and equipment.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and coordinate with contractors as needed.
• Manage work orders, maintenance schedules, and parts procurement while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Maintain vehicles and equipment in proper working order, performing basic mechanical upkeep and safety checks.
• Collaborate with management and team members to support facility operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
