Job summary

Delta Solutions and Strategies seeks a highly skilled candidate to join a high-performance team supporting US Space Command J4, providing facility planning and management for multiple USSPACECOM facilities. Qualifications

• Ability to analyze situations and make well informed recommendations.
• Excellent communicator and effective team member.
• Ability to present briefings, discuss problems and recommend solutions.
• Expertise with Microsoft Office suite (Powerpoint, Word, Excel).
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• 5+ years of DoD facility management background and experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.
• Experience with scheduling and budgeting office moves and reconfiguration.
• TS/SCI clearance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage work requests for maintenance and repair of existing facilities and assigned office space. Coordinate facility services provided by contractors such as pest control, HVAC cleaning and adjustment, minor office space repairs, etc.
• Escort contractors providing services such as pest control, HVAC cleaning, minor office space repairs, etc. and confirm the performance of facility services and corrections of the deficiencies.
• Recommend office layouts and office moves to support USSPACECOM operations. Serve as facility manager for Building 1, 1670 Newport, building 24, and 1110 Bayfield to manage work requests for maintenance, escort contracts providing facility maintenance services, and provide for office moves and reconfiguration services.
