Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (chemical or mechanical preferred).
• Level II requires 3 years of related experience.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, Visio and Access.
• Experience with Synergi software is a plus.
• Ability to interpret blueprints/drawings and other design documents.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan construction programs and select routes, materials and equipment.
• Develop commercial strategies and tariff changes as needed.
• Evaluate pipeline systems with simulation models for service requests.
• Forecast operations and optimize capacity across the network.
• Prepare technical reports and communicate results to teams.
• Support budgets and CI initiatives; collaborate with stakeholders.
