A leading property management company is looking for a Painter / Maintenance Staff Member in Town of Florida, NY. This role involves maintaining building surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring safety precautions. Candidates should have two to three years of painting experience and strong customer service skills. Qualifications

• Minimum of two to three years of experience in paint application.
• Maintain a valid Florida driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Ensure security procedures are adhered to at all times.
• Inspect areas that need paint and advise the manager.
• Properly match colors and mix paint.
• Follow all safety precautions while performing work.
• Maintain a positive working relationship with building staff.
