Job summary

Life Time Inc. seeks a Facility Ops Team Member to maintain cleanliness of the club and provide excellent customer service. The role ensures the facility is clean, stocked with supplies, and presented to Life Time standards.

Key duties include daily maintenance, managing towels and locker rooms, and assisting members with inquiries while adhering to budgeted consumables and product usage. This is an hourly role with progression based on experience.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates ability to provide great customer service.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks.
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures lockers are neat and orderly.
• Ensures proper usage of locker room consumables, cleaning products and chemicals per department budget.
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures.

Position Summary

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures the locker rooms are neat, and orderly
• Ensures the usage of locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follow the amount prearranged by the department budget
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures

Position Requirements

• Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time

Preferred Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED

Pay

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $18.00 and pays up to $21.25, based on experience and qualifications.
