Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Facility Ops Team Member to keep the club spotless and welcoming. You will ensure the facility is clean, stocked, and presented to Life Time standards while delivering friendly member service.

You’ll perform daily cleaning tasks, assist in locker rooms, and respond to member questions about Life Time products and policies. This role requires physical stamina and dependable teamwork in a fast-paced club environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift over 20 lbs regularly.
• Must be able to stand and move about the club for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks.
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures locker rooms are neat and orderly.
• Ensures locker room consumables and cleaning products are used within department budget.
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures.
