Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Austin is seeking a Facility Ops Team Member responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the club and providing excellent customer service.

The role requires ensuring the space is clean, well-stocked with supplies, and aligned with Life Time’s presentation standards. You will perform daily maintenance to keep indoor and outdoor areas safe, manage towel inventory, and assist members with questions about Life Time products, services, policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the club for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures the locker rooms are neat, and orderly
• Ensures the usage of locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follow the amount prearranged by the department budget
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures
