Are you eager to develop your career? The Facility Operator Program (FOP) is a 12-16 week comprehensive training combining classroom, online, and on-the-job learning at our Dickerson, MD facility. After successful completion, you will be prepared to assume an Auxiliary Operator role at the Waste to Energy Facility in Dickerson, MD, with potential opportunities for relocation within the region.
The training includes classroom instruction, computer-based learning, and hands-on experience under supervision, covering waste-to-energy processes, system layouts, and operational procedures. Graduates will transition into a permanent Auxiliary Operator role, gaining practical experience in plant operations, inspections, and safety standards.
