Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Facility Ops Team Member to help keep our club clean and welcoming while delivering friendly, attentive service to members.

You will stock towels, maintain locker rooms, and ensure supplies are used within the department budget to uphold Life Time’s high standards. The role involves daily cleaning tasks, safety obligations, and responding to member questions about Life Time products and policies.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to stand or move around the club for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety via daily maintenance tasks.
• Wash, fold, and stock member towels; keep locker rooms neat and orderly.
• Ensure proper use of locker room consumables and cleaning products per department budget.
• Respond to member inquiries about Life Time products, services, policies and procedures.

Position Summary

As a Facility Ops Team Member, you will ensure the cleanliness of the facility while offering great customer service. The club space must be clean, stocked with supplies and meetLife Time’sstandards of presentation.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures the locker rooms are neat, and orderly
• Ensures the usage of locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follow the amount prearranged by the department budget
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures

Position Requirements

• Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time

Preferred Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED

Pay

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $14.00 and pays up to $17.50, based on experience and qualifications.
