Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Facility Ops Team Member to keep the club clean and welcoming while delivering outstanding member service. You will maintain indoor and outdoor areas, stock towels, and ensure locker rooms are neat and orderly to Life Time standards.

The role requires physical activity such as lifting up to 20 lbs, standing for long periods, and assisting members with inquiries about Life Time products and services. Earn $16.50–$19.50 per hour with benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Ability to bend to lift over 20 lbs.
• Ability to stand and move around the club for long periods.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily tasks.
• Washes, folds, and stocks towels; keeps locker rooms neat and orderly.
• Monitors locker room consumables and cleaning products per department budget.
• Responds to member inquiries about Life Time products, services, policies and procedures.

Position Summary

As a Facility Ops Team Member, you will ensure the cleanliness of the facility while offering great customer service. The club space must be clean, stocked with supplies and meetLife Time’sstandards of presentation.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures the locker rooms are neat, and orderly
• Ensures the usage of locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follow the amount prearranged by the department budget
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures

Position Requirements

• Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time

Preferred Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED

Pay

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $16.50 and pays up to $19.50, based on experience and qualifications.
