Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Facility Ops Team Member to maintain a clean club environment and deliver exceptional member service. The role ensures the facility is stocked, presentable, and compliant with Life Time standards.

Daily tasks include cleaning, towel processing, locker room upkeep, and assisting members with questions about Life Time products, services, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications

• Ability to routinely bend to lift more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the club for extended periods.
• High School Diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures the locker rooms are neat, and orderly
• Ensures the usage of locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follow the amount prearranged by the department budget
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures
