Job summary

Life Time, Inc. in Princeton, Florida, is seeking a Facility Ops Team Member to keep the club clean, stocked, and presented to Life Time standards. The role emphasizes friendly, helpful service to members and a neat, inviting environment throughout the facility.

You will routinely clean and maintain both indoor and outdoor club areas, manage towels and locker rooms, and monitor usage of supplies and chemicals to stay within budget while supporting a welcoming member experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer service or hospitality a plus.
• Ability to perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks.
• Wash, fold, and stock towels; ensure locker rooms are neat and orderly.
• Ensure proper use of locker room supplies and chemicals per department budget.
• Respond to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures.

Position Summary

As a Facility Ops Team Member, you will ensure the cleanliness of the facility while offering great customer service. The club space must be clean, stocked with supplies and meet Life Time's standards of presentation.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• - Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks
• - Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures the locker rooms are neat, and orderly
• - Ensures the usage of locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follow the amount prearranged by the department budget
• - Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures

Position Requirements

• - Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs.
• - Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time

Preferred Requirements

• - High School Diploma or GED

Pay

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $15.50 and pays up to $18.50, based on experience and qualifications.
