Job summary

Life Time in Lake Zurich, IL is seeking a Facility Ops Team Member to maintain a clean, well-stocked club environment and provide excellent customer service. The role supports locker rooms, supplies, and adherence to Life Time standards of presentation.

You will perform daily maintenance, assist members, and ensure products and policies are clearly communicated. This hourly position offers growth opportunities and benefits commensurate with tenure.

• Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks.
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures the locker rooms are neat, and orderly.
• Ensures the usage of locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follow the amount prearranged by the department budget.
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures.

Position Summary

Position Requirements

Preferred Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED

Pay

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $15.00 and pays up to $18.00, based on experience and qualifications.
