Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Algonquin, Illinois seeks a Facility Ops Team Member to keep the club clean and welcoming while delivering friendly customer service. You will ensure spaces are clean, stocked, and meet Life Time’s standards of presentation.

Daily duties include cleaning tasks, towel processing, locker room upkeep, and assisting members with questions about Life Time services and policies. This is an hourly role with benefits for full-time team members.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and carry more than 20 lbs routinely.
• Ability to stand or move about the club for extended periods.
• HS diploma or GED completed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks.
• Wash, fold, and stock towels; keep locker rooms neat and orderly.
• Ensure locker room consumables and cleaning products are used within budgeted amounts.
• Assist members with inquiries about Life Time products, services, policies and procedures.

Position Summary

As a Facility Ops Team Member, you will ensure the cleanliness of the facility while offering great customer service. The club space must be clean, stocked with supplies and meetLife Time’sstandards of presentation.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks


• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures the locker rooms are neat, and orderly


• Ensures the usage of locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follow the amount prearranged by the department budget


• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures

Position Requirements

• Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs.


• Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time

Preferred Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED

Pay

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $15.00 and pays up to $18.00, based on experience and qualifications.
