Job summary

Life Time in Minnesota/Eagan is seeking a Facility Ops Team Member to ensure the club remains clean and welcoming for members. You will help maintain locker rooms, stock supplies and respond to member questions while upholding Life Time's presentation standards.

The role is hourly, with pay between $13.25 and $15.75 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Life Time offers a fully subsidized membership and other benefits for eligible team members.

Qualifications

• Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the club for prolonged periods.
• High School Diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks.
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures the locker rooms are neat, and orderly.
• Ensures the usage of locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follow the amount prearranged by the department budget.
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures

Pay

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $13.25 and pays up to $15.75, based on experience and qualifications.
