Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Facility Ops Team Member to keep the club clean and welcoming for members. The role supports daily operations, stocks supplies, and upholds Life Time’s presentation standards.

You will interact with members to answer questions about Life Time products and services while maintaining a high level of service and safety throughout the facility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift 20+ lbs and stand for prolonged periods.
• Customer service mindset and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Maintain indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety through daily maintenance tasks.
• Wash, fold, and stock towels; keep locker rooms neat and orderly.
• Ensure locker room consumables and cleaning products follow department budget guidance.
• Respond to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures.

Job description

Position Summary

As a Facility Ops Team Member, you will ensure the cleanliness of the facility while offering great customer service. The club space must be clean, stocked with supplies and meet Life Time's standards of presentation.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures the locker rooms are neat, and orderly
• Ensures the usage of locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follow the amount prearranged by the department budget
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures

Position Requirements

• Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time

Preferred Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED

Pay

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $15.50 and pays up to $18.50, based on experience and qualifications.
