Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Facility Ops Team Member to keep the club clean and welcoming while delivering friendly service.

You will perform daily cleaning tasks, stock towels, manage locker rooms, and assist members with questions about Life Time products and policies.

This hourly role pays $14.00 to $17.50 per hour, with full-time benefits for eligible team members.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be able to lift more than 20 lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to stand or move around the club for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks.
• Wash, fold, and stock member towels; keep locker rooms neat and orderly.
• Ensure locker room consumables and cleaning products are used within department budget.
• Respond to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures.

Position Summary

As a Facility Ops Team Member, you will ensure the cleanliness of the facility while offering great customer service. The club space must be clean, stocked with supplies and meet Life Time's standards of presentation.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures the locker rooms are neat, and orderly
• Ensures the usage of locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follow the amount prearranged by the department budget
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures

Position Requirements

• Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time

Preferred Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED

Pay

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $14.00 and pays up to $17.50, based on experience and qualifications.
