Job summary

Life Time Inc. is looking for a Facility Operations Supervisor to help keep the club safe and clean. You will work opposite the Facility Operations Manager and serve as Manager on Duty when required, adapting to Life Time’s needs.

The role emphasizes safety, preventive maintenance, and timely repairs to ensure everything runs smoothly for members and staff. A strong focus on flexibility and hands-on upkeep is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3–4 years of facility maintenance experience or equivalent training.
• CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to lift and carry more than 20 lbs on a routine basis.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule to meet business needs.

Position Summary

By doing safety checks and repairs, the Facility Operations Supervisor can assure the safety and cleanliness of the club. As the Supervisor you will work the opposite schedule of the Facility Operations Manager and act as Manager on Duty when needed. You must be adaptable to meetall ofLife Time’sneeds.

Position Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3 to 4 years of facility maintenance experience or equivalent training
• Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs
• Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time
• CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire
• Ability to operate basic machinery and tools
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business

Pay

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $18.75 and pays up to $25.00, based on experience and qualifications.
