Job summary

Life Time is seeking a motivated Facility Operations Supervisor in New York to help ensure the club meets safety and cleanliness standards. The role operates on a schedule opposite the Facility Operations Manager and serves as Manager on Duty when needed.

Responsibilities include keeping the building and grounds clean, ensuring safety conditions, performing repairs, and maintaining equipment. CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire is required, with flexible hours to fit business needs.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or GED.
• 3–4 years of facility maintenance experience or equivalent training.
• CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to operate basic machinery and tools.
• Flexible schedule to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the cleanliness of building and grounds at all times.
• Ensures all conditions in the facility are safe.
• Conducts general repairs.
• Performs routine maintenance and repairs to ensure equipment is working.
• Participates in safety training and safety inspections.
