Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking a Facility Ops Team Member to maintain cleanliness across the club and provide excellent customer service.

You will ensure the facility looks its best, stay stocked with towels, and support locker room areas to Life Time's standards. Responsibilities include daily cleaning tasks, towel handling, supply usage within budget, and answering member questions about Life Time products and policies.

Qualifications

• Maintains clean facilities and provides friendly member service.
• Follows Life Time standards for presentation and cleanliness.
• Handles towels, supplies and locker room upkeep within budget guidelines.
• Responds to member inquiries about Life Time products, services, policies.

Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety through daily tasks.
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels; keeps locker rooms neat and orderly.
• Ensures proper use of locker room consumables and cleaning products per department budget.
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures.
