Job summary

IDS is seeking a Facility Operations Manager to support the operation of an Army Mission Command Training Center at Fort Bragg. The role focuses on facility management, safety, and coordinating DPW services.

You will supervise maintenance, security, and utilities, while ensuring compliance with DPW regulations. Candidates should possess a secret clearance and relevant experience. Fort Bragg, NC-based position with variable project hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 10 years of Special Forces experience may substitute for academic degrees.
• Must hold Secret clearance.
• Two years of experience in facility management and operations of an Army Mission Command Training Center/Complex.
• Two years of experience in supervision of maintenance, security, and safety of facilities.
• U.S. Army Directorate of Public Works (DPW) Repair and Upgrade training and experience.
• Experience performing humidity/air conditioning and controls checks.
• Experience submitting and tracking DPW services or work orders for AC/heat, plumbing, electrical, etc., with emphasis on DPW regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility operations of an Army Mission Command Training Center/Complex.
• Supervise maintenance, security, and safety of facilities.
• Perform humidity/air conditioning and controls checks.
• Submit and track DPW services or work orders for AC/heat, plumbing, electrical, etc.
• Ensure requirements align with Army DPW regulations and procedures.
