Qualifications

Associate’s degree required; 3+ years in fertilizer facility operations or closely related field.
Strong leadership, planning, and organizational abilities; excellent communication and teamwork.
Valid CDL with endorsements, good driving record, ability to work extended hours during peak production times.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership for fertilizer/chemical facility operations.
Assist area operations manager with inventory management, blending, and asset maintenance.
Handle customer service, billing information, and ensure accurate invoicing and inventory accuracy.
