You will oversee scheduling, supplies, security, cash handling, and safety checks, enforcing rules and logging significant events. The role requires hands-on coordination, attention to detail, and a willingness to support special events as needed.

• Review the schedule of functions during the assigned shift.
• Ensure supplies, equipment, room setup, and activities run as scheduled.
• Schedule staff as needed to meet facility needs and events.
• Monitor facility operations and resolve problems; maintain order and warn disruptive behavior.
• Enforce facility rules and admittance policies; log significant occurrences.
• Handle cash/change fund operations and clock-in/out records; report via PC.
• Perform fire safety checks and secure doors/windows; set alarm.
• Assist with special events as needed.
