Life Time Inc. in Oshkosh, WI is seeking a Facility Operations Manager to lead the Operations department of the Life Time club. You will train all Ops team members, manage scheduling, and oversee the department’s budget and projects.
The role requires at least a high school diploma, two years of management and building operations experience, CPR/AED and CPO certifications, and the ability to supervise up to 40 staff. Salary ranges from $63,800 to $87,700 with bonus potential.
As the Facility Operations Manager, you will handle the Operations department of theLife Timeclub. You will offer ongoing training for all Ops team members and conduct all work scheduling. You will oversee the department’s budget, staffing, and all projects.
This is a salaried position starting at $63,800.00 and pays up to $87,700.00, based on experience and qualifications. In addition, this role is eligible for bonuses based on performance metrics.
