Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Facility Ops Team Member to maintain a clean, welcoming environment at our Phoenix club. You will ensure the facility meets Life Time's standards of presentation, stock supplies, and support member services with a friendly approach.

Responsibilities include daily cleaning and safety tasks, restocking towels and locker rooms, and responding to member questions about Life Time offerings. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with a focus on reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures the locker rooms are neat, and orderly
• Ensures the usage of locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follow the amount prearranged by the department budget
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures
