Job summary

Nashville Soccer Club is seeking individuals to support daily operations for Geodis Park events. This part-time role involves venue setup, field and locker room preparation, and coordinating event logistics during MLS matches.

Ideal candidates are flexible, communicative, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical stamina and the ability to lift 50 pounds are required; forklift certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be available for most Nashville SC home matches.
• Must work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must possess strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand or walk for long periods.
• Willingness to work in extreme weather conditions.
• Experience in athletics, event planning execution or leading a small team preferred.
• Ability to work comfortably both independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with venue setup and breakdown for MLS events.

• Assist with setup and breakdown of parking equipment pre and post match.
• Execute setup and teardown of event spaces throughout the stadium and campus.
• Create and deploy event and stadium signage.
• Operate heavy machinery and maintain inventory for logistical operations.
• Collaborate with other departments during event preparation and execution.
• Help move and store stadium equipment.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

Position Overview

Nashville Soccer Club is looking to hire ambitious individuals with an interest in event and facility management to join our operations team. This position is responsible for assisting with daily operations of all Geodis Park events. This is a part-time position, working on an as-needed basis only and expected to work an average of 15-20 hours of work per week.

Responsibilities

• Assist with venue setup and breakdown for Major League Soccer Events.
• Ensure locker room and field set-ups meet MLS standardization requirements.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of parking equipment pre and post match.
• Accurately execute setup and teardown of event spaces throughout the stadium and surrounding campus.
• Create and deploy event and stadium signage.
• Operate heavy machinery and maintain inventory for logistical operations.
• Collaborate with other departments during the preparation and execution of events.
• Help with the movement and storage of stadium equipment.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
