Soccer Holdings, LLC is seeking a Facility Operations Coordinator to oversee third-party rentals and drive business development for Champions Park. This role is responsible for maximizing facility utilization by developing new rental opportunities, building strong client relationships, coordinating rental operations, and delivering an exceptional customer experience from initial inquiry through event completion.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, relationship building, event operations, and working in a fast-paced sports environment.

What You'll Do

As the Facility Operations Coordinator, you\'ll oversee the complete rental experience from identifying new business opportunities and building client relationships to coordinating successful events and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities Include

• Manage third-party field rentals from inquiry through event completion.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local sports organizations, schools, businesses, camps, and community groups to generate new rental opportunities.
• Prospect and secure new rental business while building long-term client partnerships.
• Manage the facility rental calendar and maximize field utilization.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure facilities are event-ready.
• Conduct facility inspections before, during, and after rentals.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and customer concerns with professionalism.
• Prepare rental agreements, coordinate invoicing, and maintain accurate rental records.
• Analyze rental activity and recommend strategies to increase utilization and revenue.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while representing Champions Park and Soccer Holdings professionally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, Recreation Management, or a related field.
• Experience in facility operations, sports management, event management, recreation, business development, or a related field.
• Strong sales, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and work independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling or reservation software.
• Availability to work afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by facility operations.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire.

Schedule

This full-time position primarily works afternoon and evening hours to support Champions Park\'s rental schedule. Regular on-site presence is expected, with work hours aligned to peak facility usage. Weekend and holiday hours are required based on facility rentals and operational needs.
