Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Columbia, SC is hiring an Facility Ops Team Member. You will maintain the cleanliness of the club and provide excellent customer service.

You will ensure towels are stocked, locker rooms are neat, and supplies are managed according to department budgets, while responding to member inquiries about Life Time products and policies. This hourly role offers pay from $16.00 to $20.00 per hour plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Ability to routinely bend to lift more than 20 lbs.
• Willingness to perform cleaning and basic maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety through daily tasks.
• Stock and organize member towels; keep locker rooms neat and orderly.
• Ensure proper use of locker room supplies within budget constraints.
• Assist members with information about Life Time products and services.

Position Summary

As a Facility Ops Team Member, you will ensure the cleanliness of the facility while offering great customer service. The club space must be clean, stocked with supplies and meet Life Time's standards of presentation.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures the locker rooms are neat, and orderly
• Ensures the usage of locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follow the amount prearranged by the department budget
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures

Position Requirements

• Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time

Preferred Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED

Pay

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $16.00 and pays up to $20.00, based on experience and qualifications.
