Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of related experience in one or more skilled crafts.
• Valid Ohio driver’s license and proof of auto insurance; must pass motor vehicle background inspection.
• Ability to learn and adjust the Building Automation system.

Responsibilities

• Inspects and diagnoses mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic malfunctions in equipment.
• Repairs and maintains equipment by replacing or repairing defective parts, adjusting functional parts, and lubricating equipment.
• Tests equipment performance and ensures that it meets manufacturer specifications.
• Records maintenance and repair work performed on equipment.
• Operates equipment to detect malfunctions and verify repairs.
• Cleans and maintains work area and tools.
