Job summary

Amrize North America Inc. is seeking a Facility Manager in Kansas to lead the operation of our Fredonia site. You will partner with internal teams and external regulators to ensure safety, efficiency and project execution. The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and waste-management experience.

You will supervise daily facility activities, coordinate with Geocycle and third parties, and drive capital projects while maintaining compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5 years equivalent experience in a technical field.

Responsibilities

• Lead facility operations to meet corporate and regulatory goals.
• Manage budgets and KPIs for the facility.
• Coordinate day-to-day activities and communications with transporters, customers, and staff.
• Ensure safety, waste handling procedures, and environmental compliance.
