Job summary

EURPAC Service, Inc. (Muscle Foods USA) is seeking a Facility Manager to lead our South Bend, Indiana warehouse operations.

You will oversee warehouse staff, ensure productivity, safety, and adherence to procedures while coordinating with buyers and sales teams. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of warehouse management experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of warehouse management experience in distribution/logistics/warehouse
• Experience in warehousing, inventory, and logistics management
• Excellent multi-tasking, communication, and organizational skills
• Fluent with desktop computers and Microsoft Office products

Responsibilities

• Oversee building and all warehouse staff including managers, supervisors, drivers
• Oversee daily warehouse operations
• Set expectations and motivate the team to meet productivity targets
• Recruit/hire new employees as needed
• Coordinate with other business units, vendors, staff, and customers
• Design warehouse layout for product flow and handling
• Develop and ensure compliance with work procedures and policies
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment
• Improve warehouse operations to increase throughput and accuracy
• Collaborate with buyers and sales on product movement
• Oversee physical inventory and investigate variances
• Manage employee time off and HR issues with HR department

SCOPE:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Manages/Oversees the building and all warehouse employees (Mangers, Supervisors, Employee, Drivers).
• Manages/Oversees daily operations of all warehouse duties.
• Set expectations, motivate, organize and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity targets are met.
• Recruite/ hire new employees as needed.
• Work with other functional business units, vendors, staff groups and customers.
• Design warehouse layout for product flow and product handling/processing
• Develops and assures all work procedures and policy are being followed by all employees
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment
• Develops warehouse operation improvements to increase thru put and accuracy within the warehouse.
• Works with buyers and sales team on product movement with in the warehouse
• Overseas physical inventory and researches all variances
• Manage and approve all employees time off
• Handles any HR issues working with HR department.

Job Specific Competencies:

• At least 1 year of warehouse management experience, preferably in a distribution/logistics/warehouse environment
• Experience in warehousing, inventory, and logistics management
• Excellent multi-tasking, communication, and organizational skills
• Fluent with desktop computers and Microsoft Office products
