Location: Riverside, CA
Salary Range: $75,000 — $90,000

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Facility Manager to oversee daily operations, drive high customer satisfaction, and lead location staff. This role acts as a primary operational manager ensuring that facility standards, financial targets, safety protocols, and client communication are maintained at the highest level.
Key Responsibilities
- Client & Customer Care: Proactively communicate with clients to improve operations, resolve inquiries or rate misunderstandings diplomatically, and ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Team Leadership: Hire, train, schedule, and supervise a diverse team. Oversee employee relations, performance management, shift assignments, and compliance with administrative and union protocols where applicable.
- Financial & Revenue Management: Maximize profitability through effective cash control, budget oversight, P&L management, expense tracking, and facility marketing.
- Operational Audits & Accounting: Monitor daily cashier reports, conduct office audits, and manage administrative duties such as local payroll processing and petty cash.
- Safety & Maintenance: Oversee facility cleanliness, manage damage claims, implement safety compliance standards, and coordinate vendor service and procurement needs.
Qualifications
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent work experience). Minimum of two (2) years of managerial and customer service experience in facility or parking operations preferred.
- Financial Acumen: Prior experience managing budgets and reviewing P&L statements is a plus.
- Technical & Operational Skills: Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn proprietary software. Background in equipment maintenance is ideal.
- Licensing: Must possess a valid California Driver’s License and the ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand/walk regularly, occasionally climb or balance, and lift/move up to 20 lbs.
