The ideal candidate is a motivated and customer-focused leader with a solid background in supporting IT service desk and call center programs within a federal government environment. They bring strong organizational skills, a collaborative management approach, and dedication to delivering consistent, high-quality service to government end users. Ability to obtain a government security clearance may be required to support Koniag Services Inc. and our government customers.
The Facility Manager oversees the design, leasing, buildout, and day-to-day operations of a secure, mission-critical Level II facility supporting safety, and security functions. This role manages architectural planning, security systems, communications infrastructure, and operational readiness for a 40,000-60,000 sq. ft. facility operating 24/7/365 call center operations.
