  2. Client Leadership: Engaging with clients at high levels on project-specific work, fostering innovative solutions, and building long-term relationships for future opportunities.
  3. Market Brand Enhancement: Representing the firm at speaking engagements, writing, and other activities that elevate our market presence.
  4. Practice Support: Promoting our integrated services and mentoring team members across markets, recruiting talented professionals, and supporting practice development globally.
AREAS OF FOCUS
Key responsibilities include:
  1. Market Leadership: Developing and executing a strategic business plan to grow the service line, differentiate FOS, and align with firm-wide goals.
  2. Top Line Development: Collaborating with leadership and marketing teams to identify and pursue new clients, nurture existing relationships, and achieve a personal target of $5M annual net signed fees.
  3. Client and Team Leadership: Demonstrating active leadership on client projects and mentoring team members.
  4. Understanding the Service: Staying informed about future trends and opportunities in facility management.
  5. Bottom Line Success: Supporting profitability targets of 20%, working with leadership to implement business initiatives.
  6. Staff Development: Mentoring and recruiting to build a diverse, high-performing team, fostering a culture of leadership, integrity, and innovation.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in strategic growth, market, and team leadership, with a successful track record.
  • Current industry credentials; registration or licensure in Architecture, Interior Design, or Engineering is preferred.
  • Strong presentation, writing, client, and leadership skills.
  • Professional maturity with authentic communication.
  • Proven business acumen and strategic execution ability.
  • Ability to inspire and develop teams.
  • Sound judgment regarding risk management.
  • Up to 50% travel required.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
